Black Tellicherry Peppercorns

There are four types of mass-produced pepper. The finest of these come from the Malabar Coast of India and the rare Tellicherry are considered the best of the Malabars. Tellicherry pepper is left on the vine longer to develop a better flavor, which makes it great for seasoning robust foods. Use this cracked Tellicherry pepper for grilling or seasoning any food where a strong, peppery taste is desired.
